Wellness Mornings

Join us for our invigorating Wellness Mornings! Kick off the day with a refreshing 2k run or walk, followed by hands-on boxing taught by our experienced coaches. You'll also engage in a boxing bag and weight circuit, and wrap up your morning with relaxing plunge pool and sauna experience. Refreshments will be provided to keep you energized!

The Club

Your go-to place for a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all boxing lovers for the last 5 years. Under the guidance of former British Cruiser weight Masters Champion and Southern Area Light Heavyweight Andy/Jack Morris, we cater to everyone, from to experienced fighters to a total beginner.
